Lontong Kupang Sidoarjo - "Simple Delicious Sea Food"

Ingredients:
500 g mussels that have been cleaned (can be used for 15 servings)
salt to taste
Flavoring to taste if necessary

Supplementary Material Presentation:
15 pieces of rice cake pieces
Slices of fried garlic to taste
Red chili sauce to taste
Sugar to taste
Lemon juice to taste
salt to taste
Fried onion to taste
15 tablespoons paste mussels to 15 servings

How to Make:
Boil the mussels that is clean till cooked, add salt and seasonings to taste.
Set aside.

How to eat:
Slices of fried garlic, red chili sauce, sugar, salt and paste kupang mashed or crushed with a spoon on a serving plate. Then add a little lemon juice. It's good to re-paste cooked first, to avoid things that are not desirable (abdominal pain for those who are sensitive).
After that dilute with a little sprinkle sauce mussels (mussels boiled water).
Once the spice mixture is finished, add the rice cake slices on it, then cuts lento.
Flush with mussels on it along with the broth. For the topping, sprinkle with fried shallots.
